This apartment is ideal for a couple. If needed, an extra bed for one person can be booked in the living room for an additional fee (€40). Rent for a month is 2200€ + 50€ cleaning fee.

The apartment is located on the middle floor (70 m² usable area + 17 m² terrace) in Calahonda, Mijas Costa. It is a safe and peaceful gated community, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

This spacious and naturally bright corner apartment offers a large south-facing terrace with stunning views of the green valley and the sea. The terrace has two armchairs, one sun lounger, a round dining table for four, side tables, and extra chairs.

The apartment has just been painted and features a brand-new open-plan kitchen. It is fully furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower (note: the second bedroom is locked and not available for use). The second bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Parking is available either in the underground garage or next to the road within the gated community. The property is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and several swimming pools, which guests are welcome to use free of charge.

The nearest restaurants are a 3-minute drive or a 14-minute walk away. Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets are approximately a 7-minute drive away and Calahonda Beach (along with several other beaches) is approximately a 7-minute drive away. From Calahonda Beach, there is an 8 km long wooden walkway to Marbella’s CoCo Beach or La Cala in the opposite direction. Malaga Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away, Fuengirola is approximately 12 minutes away, and Marbella town is a 17-minute drive away.

We recommend that you come from the airport by car for easy access to the surrounding area and shopping. At the Las Palmeras residential area gate, you will be greeted by a friendly English and Spanish-speaking contact person who will guide you to your holiday home and show you around.
